What we are

freelance.embrace.pics is a language practice platform operated by Dinomads Group. Our bots help you practice languages through conversation.

What we collect

• Language preferences: native language, target language, chosen dialect variant
• Practice conversations: messages exchanged with tutors during sessions
• Email (optional): only if you choose to save progress
• Usage data: session counts, rounds completed, voice attempts
• Voice input: browser-captured speech converted to text. We do not store raw audio.

What we do NOT collect

• Real names, addresses, phone numbers, or government IDs
• Payment information (handled entirely by our payment processor)
• Location data beyond what your browser provides
• Data from other websites or apps

How we use your data

• To provide bilingual tutoring responses tailored to your level
• To track session limits and feature access per your plan
• To improve bot response quality
• To send practice reminders (only if you opt in)

AI and conversations

Practice messages are sent to AI language models to generate responses. These models are hosted by third-party providers. Your messages are used solely to generate responses and are not used to train AI models. We do not share conversation content with advertisers.

Voice data

The speaking feature uses your browser's built-in speech recognition (Web Speech API) locally. Text transcripts are sent to our servers. Pronunciation scoring (paid tiers) may send audio to Azure Speech Services. We do not store raw audio.

Cookies and local storage

We use localStorage for language preferences, access keys, and session state. No third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Data retention

Conversations retained 90 days for progress tracking, then deleted. Account data retained while your account exists. Request deletion anytime.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of your data
• Deletion: request full account deletion
• Correction: update preferences anytime
• Portability: request conversation history in standard format

Children

Available to all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Contact us to delete any such data.
