Agreement

By using freelance.embrace.pics, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service.

What the service is

freelance.embrace.pics provides AI-powered language practice through conversational bots. Bots are fictional characters, not human tutors. They use AI to generate responses and cannot guarantee linguistic accuracy in every exchange.

Accounts

Free accounts require no personal information. Paid accounts may require an email and payment method. You are responsible for keeping your access key secure. One account per person.

Free tier

The free tier includes 5 rounds per session, 2 sessions per week, text only, 1 tutor. These limits are enforced automatically and may change with notice.

Paid tiers

Paid plans are billed monthly or per-hour as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service does not function as described. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

Use the service for language learning. Do not attempt to manipulate bots into producing harmful content, bypass usage limits through technical means, resell access, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI limitations

Bot tutors are AI-generated characters. They may occasionally make errors in grammar, vocabulary, or cultural context. The service is a practice tool, not a certified educational program. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam scores, or fluency levels.

Intellectual property

Bot characters (Kai, Noor, Atlas, Pen, Sage) are the intellectual property of Dinomads Group. Your practice conversations belong to you. We retain a license to use anonymized conversation patterns to improve the service.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uptime. AI providers may experience outages that affect response quality or availability. We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
